RPGMaker MZ - Message Notification Window Plugin

This plugin is mainly used to make message notification window.

Features:

     1. Display a message notification window in any scene via a plugin 

         command or a  script.

     2. Modification of the window display by plugin command parameters or

         script parameters.

     3. The text of the window can be changed by adding signs such as "\C[x]" 

         "\I[x]", etc., the same as the editor's own Show Text command.

     4. A new "\IS[x]" signs has been added to the text of the window to resize 

         the inline icons in the text.

     1. Fix the error after switching scenes when the notification window 

         appears.
